Air-cooled dual-cold source chiller is a chiller used in air conditioning systems that uses air cooling and dual-cold source technology to provide cooling water. Air cooling technology dissipates heat into the air through a fan, while dual-cold source technology uses two separate cold sources to provide cooling water to increase the reliability and efficiency of the system.
This unit is usually composed of components such as a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a cooling tower, and a water pump. The compressor compresses the refrigerant to turn it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and then dissipates heat through the condenser to turn the refrigerant into a high-pressure liquid. The high-pressure liquid enters the evaporator through the expansion valve, absorbs heat in the evaporator and evaporates into a low-temperature and low-pressure gas. The low-temperature and low-pressure gas enters the compressor again for circulation.
The air-cooled dual-cold source chiller has the characteristics of energy saving and stable operation, and is suitable for air conditioning and refrigeration needs of various buildings and industrial sites. It can be flexibly configured according to actual needs to meet different cooling load requirements.
